Hi! I'm a third grade teacher with a serious love of baking. I'm often dubbed "Betty Crocker" by those who know me. I have been baking since I was barely able to open the oven door. I still use the measuring spoons from my very first Kids Cookbook.

I am a graduate of the University of Georgia who bleeds Red and Black but I can bake for the opposing team when the occasion calls for it (see Groom's Cake).
